Many useful amenities (LOTS of towels, washing mashine, hair dryer, some toiletteries/first aid, kitchen with microwave, stove, cutlery, fridge, TV, balcony, bathroom with shower, air con). The bed is extra comfortable. No problem with communication with the staff, even though they aren't present at any moment (self-checkin and out). I liked that it's located in a regular residential building, which gave me a glimpse of what it's like to live in one. Nakanoshima location is overall nice.
The building itself is a little far from the station, it's ok on foot, but with my luggage it was a little bit of a chore. NO WIFI!! it"s the only hotel on my 3 weeks stay without wifi. No tumble dryer, so if you're staying for a night or two only, there is no use in washing your clothes, as you have to hang them to dry.
