Poor Hospitality – Staff Need Proper Training Although this is a new hotel with good furnishings, modern fixtures, and clean rooms, the overall experience was disappointing due to the poor hospitality and unprofessional attitude of the staff. The hotel clearly needs to invest in proper hospitality training, starting with the front desk. We arrived 30 minutes before the official check-in time after an exhausting journey that began at 4 a.m. and included two delayed connecting flights. We were extremely tired and hoped the hotel would show some understanding and consideration. Despite the rooms being ready, we were made to wait until 2 p.m. unnecessarily. Given our circumstances, this felt particularly insensitive and disappointing. We were then advised that we could visit the café if we wished. However, nobody informed us that the downstairs café was booked for a private function. As soon as we entered, café manager questioned us in a rather rude and impolite manner about why we were there. Feeling uncomfortable, we left, only for the café manager to subsequently explain that the rooftop café was open to customers while the downstairs area was reserved for a private event. This was a clear communication failure between the hotel staff, and the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. The front desk should have provided the correct information in the first place. Sadly, none of the staff we encountered seemed particularly welcoming or pleasant, with the security personnel being the only exception. This is quite astonishing for a hotel in the hospitality business. The checkout experience was equally frustrating. We called reception 30 minutes in advance and requested that our bill be prepared so we could leave on time. To our surprise, nothing had been done when we arrived at reception. We were left waiting for more than 20 minutes, putting us under unnecessary pressure as we were already running late for our flight.

The property and room were super clean. The location was great, as it wasn't very far from the major sightseeing locations and was in a great area. Breakfast had a decent spread and was enjoyable. They have a pool and bar area on the roof, which is amazing.

Rooms were comfortable, food was nice , location was nice, pool is good and clean

Staff behaviour was mix , some were rude to talk to. There were many lapses in proper cleanliness in our room Restaurant is small , especially during breakfast when all residents are in at the same time...we couldn't get chair one day for sometime
