It was very clean and in a good location. Shower was good.
It was very loud at night, even with a closed window - it's not isolated. The bed is a Sofa bed - so not very comfortable. Communication with the host was not easy cause it was only in Italian (even with a translator not too easy). We were gonna stay three nights but left after one night.
The bathroom is not actually a separate room, only separated by a door. So it's quite a personal experience to share.

"The property is located in the historical city center, small but clean, and great value for the money. The owner was very nice."
