De lokatie is geweldig, schone rustige plek,alles is aanwezig!

We hebben zelf niet goed gezien dat er geen 2 twee persoons bedden waren, maar een bedbank. De bedbank is vreselijk dun en voel je de vering

Check-in was super easy. A code for the lockbox was texted before arrival, which was great. It is nice to be able to show up at any time without having to worry about waking someone up or not being able to get into the home. As most people who visit national parks know, it is hard to keep a true timeline. The only actual bed that wasn't a pullout mattress was very comfortable, and the pillows were very nice. It was clean, including the linens, which were soft and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice, if a bit crowded. The area is very quiet despite being off a highway. The view of the stars is incredible, and the old architecture, like the barn and the old windmill, was really cool. There is really awesome access to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and the surrounding towns, making it very easy to get to and from all of them.

Calling the pullout sofa mattress a bed is disingenuous; it is maybe an inch thick of worn-out memory foam, and both the sofa and the pull-out bed were falling apart. It is also so close to the fireplace/heater that the metal frame of the bed is literally digging into the wooden frame of the fireplace. The pull-out mattress also blocks the only exit in and out of the house, which would be very dangerous in the event of a fire. The air conditioning does not work, or if it is actually running, it makes no noticeable difference. While the kitchen is very nice, including the microwave/induction oven and the dishwasher, there is no storage space for any belongings that the renter might have brought. Finally, the bathroom sink did not drain and was honestly kind of gross. I realize the negative section of this review is longer than the positive, but I did enjoy the tiny home and think that, with some minor but thoughtful changes, it could become an incredible place to stay.
