We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and in a great location in Shinjuku. There are lots of bars, cafés, and nightlife spots nearby, so there was always something to do.
There’s also a 7-Eleven just about 50 meters away, which was super convenient.
Overall, it was a fun and comfortable place to stay, and we really liked the location. We’d definitely stay here again!
The only downsides were that the place felt a little small for five people, especially with all our luggage. It was also around a 20-minute walk to the main train station, which was a bit difficult when we had our bags, although it wouldn’t really be a problem without luggage.
We also stayed for a full week, and unfortunately there wasn’t an option to change the towels during our stay. It would have been nice to have fresh towels available.

Excellent location—the property is situated in a lively neighborhood while being tucked away on a quiet side street, making it easy to enjoy both the vibrant atmosphere and a peaceful night's sleep.
The nearest metro station is only a two-minute walk away. There is a huge selection of restaurants, bars, and clubs in the area. Conbini (7-11 and Lawson)- just around the corner.
It's an excellent choice for families with teenage children.
The only thing I missed was a coffee machine—even a simple capsule coffee maker would have been a very welcome addition.
