Rajbari Palace

We had a very nice and comfortable stay at this hotel in Deoghar. The hotel was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The food was good, and they also had Jain food options. Since we were travelling with kids, we requested less spicy food, and the staff kindly prepared it according to our preference, which we really appreciated. The location is convenient for transportation, as Toto and auto-rickshaws are readily available right outside the hotel, so getting around is easy. The staff deserves special appreciation. Everyone was extremely polite, decent, helpful, and welcoming. I also liked that the hotel provided a good-quality iron and hair dryer, which are not always available or well-maintained in hotels. Drinking water was also provided. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, especially as a family travelling with children. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, good food, helpful staff, and convenient location.

The only area for improvement is breakfast. There are only two options, and you can choose just one of them. However, you can order other food items separately from the menu if you wish.

Good location, peaceful place. Away from the road side honking. Staff behaviour is good. Cleanliness is good. A great value stay in the price point.

Food service time could be improved.

Fantastic property! We stayed during their inauguration offer, so it was quite affordable and great value for money. The rooms are decent and well-equipped with all the basic amenities.

Since the property has just started operations, the staff, though polite, could benefit from some additional hospitality training.
