⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – An Absolutely Amazing Stay at Golden Tulip The Village, Muscat! What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived at Golden Tulip The Village, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The lovely lady at reception gave us such a warm welcome, immediately making us feel at home. The gentleman at reception was equally amazing! Whether we needed a taxi, assistance or simply had a question, they were always eager and willing to help, with a smile. Our room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, neat and spotlessly clean, with a gorgeous view of the pool. The entire hotel is simply stunning! Everything is beautifully maintained, smells amazing and is exceptionally clean, from the entrance to every corner of the property. Truly top-class! The restaurant staff deserve special recognition as well. They were incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming, always checking on us and making sure we were comfortable. Their kindness and hospitality made our experience even more memorable. On our final day, we were warmly greeted by Ahmed as we checked out. His kindness and lovely farewell were the perfect ending to an already wonderful stay. Another highlight was the beautiful village area right next to the hotel, with its lovely evening atmosphere, coffee shops and places to explore, all within walking distance. The location is fantastic! What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. From reception to housekeeping, the restaurant team and every staff member we encountered, the service was outstanding. You can genuinely feel the warmth, kindness and hospitality throughout the hotel. Golden Tulip The Village exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay in Muscat so special and memorable. We left with beautiful memories and would absolutely stay here again. Highly, highly recommended! ❤️🇴🇲

We had a fantastic stay at the Golden Tulip and want to express our deepest gratitude to the incredible team. The staff here truly go above and beyond, but a few individuals made our trip exceptionally special. Fawzy welcomed us on day one and is absolute one of a kind. We clicked instantly, and every time we crossed paths, he made a point to check in on us and ask how our day was going. Ahmed was equally wonderful during the morning shifts, always bringing a warm energy and providing us with excellent recommendations for local beaches and must-visit tourist spots. We also want to give a special mention to Zar from the dining team, another kind soul who took great care of us every morning at breakfast. The entire team delivers top-tier service with genuine smiles. We will absolutely be returning to the Golden Tulip and truly hope to see the same familiar faces on our next visit. Thank you all for making us feel so at home!

Honestly, everything about our stay was so wonderful that it is hard to find anything to complain about.

Extremely clean - very friendly staff - very good variety at breakfast - comfortable bed - spacious room with everything one may need, iron and table, tea and coffee machine, toothbrush, toiletries, fridge, in room dining was good too, we had a burger. Value for money and I’d definitely go back again.
