Bardzo uroczy domek, błyskawicznie odpowiadająca i miła obsługa, super wyposażony.

Ciśnienie i ustawianie wody pod prysznicem było dla nas sporym utrudnieniem.

Πάνω απ' όλα ξεχωρίζει για τη φιλοξενία με την οποία οι ιδιοκτήτες/ διαχειριστές υποδέχονται τους πελάτες (καλάθι καλωσορίσματος, καψούλες καφέ, έκπληξη για παιδιά). Η ανταπόκριση του προσωπικού μέσω WhatsApp είναι άμεση, επαγγελματική και ευγενική. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή (με τα πόδια στην παραλία, υπεραγορά απέναντι, καφετερία δίπλα), το διαμέρισμα όμορφα διακοσμημένο, έχει όλες τις απαραίτητες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, συσκευή για καφέ εσπρέσσο. Εξαιρετική επίσης είναι η λειτουργία κλειδώματος της εισόδου.

Για βελτίωση θα ήταν καλά να έβαζαν κάλαθους στα υπνοδωμάτια, μεγαλύτερο κάλαθο στην τουαλέτα, άγκιστρα (hooks) για το κρέμασμα των πετσετών στο μπάνιο και χαμηλό φωτισμό στα υπνοδωμάτια (φωτιστικά κομοδίνου). Επίσης, το εύρος μεταξύ check-out 10:00 και check-in 16:00 είναι πολύ μεγάλο. Πιστεύω ότι είναι πιο βολικό (λαμβάνοντας υπ' όψη τα δεδομένα και σε άλλα καταλύματα) το check-out 11:00 και το check-in 15:00. Το μέγεθος του διαμερίσματος επιτρέπει τον καθαρισμό του, για παράδοση του στους επόμενους καλεσμένους, μέσα σε 4 ώρες.

The hosts were super understanding, we missed our check-in by mistake and they didn't rush us at all! they completely understood, the provided a welcome basket, and the kitchen is well stocked they even have an air dryer and a panini press, the location is great to its like a 1-15 minute walk to the beach and its right next to lidl. And has AC! Cute cat from the neighbour too... and the outside area was great to chill

nothing really it was great... maybe minor things like there were no bowls and the water pressure in the power could be stronger :) but this is only things they could improve on its not necessary really

We liked the location of the apartment and we appreciated the quick response from the management when we reported the issues during our stay

Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our stay. The central lock was not working when we arrived, so we had to wait around two hours for it to be repaired. The most serious issue was the rusty water. The bathroom water heater caused the electricity to cut out, and we were later informed that the heating element was faulty and appeared to be rusty. The rustiness was visible in the water and clearly showed on our towels after bathing. Although the problem was fixed early the following morning, one of the three people in our group decided to leave that day as she no longer felt comfortable staying in the apartment after the incident. We also found the living room curtains dirty and the welcome snacks old. Finally, although the management responded relatively quickly to the problems, we were disappointed that there was no follow-up after our departure, especially given the issues we had experienced.
