Everything was neat and clean. All facilities available
A few things need fixing like the doors are hanging a bit.

That it’s very quiet, easy parking, and safe.
I like the setting of the apartment, came with the coffee, fridge, free fast WiFi, cold A/C, safety locks, and big closet to storage your items when traveling!
Although there’s a lot of homeless around they’ll leave you alone if you leave them alone :) & during the mornings you’ll just get woken up by the trash pick up dumpster because it’s very close to the room.

Clean. Newly-renovated fixtures in kitchen and bath. Newish floors and rugs. Quiet. Appliances good. No breakfast.
Residential neighborhood seemed safe and somewhat walkable. Easy for Lyft to find. Good price. Pros outweighed the cons after first day.
Exterior a little rundown. Somewhat isolated in a residential neighborhood. Not a good first impression on arrival...did not seem to match photos in listing. Difficulty with keypad info. Smoke smell. A/C only in bedroom. Minimal towels. Quirky decor. Tight bathroom and Huge closet.
