There was no breakfast provided.
The shower was not working in one of the rooms and the AC in the room was faulty. When I arrived at the apartment there was no one at the time. I waited over there and called him couple of times, he said someone will come and give you the keys. My apartment was on the ground floor and he let me in to the 4th story.
