This beautiful vacation home is nestled in a family-friendly vacation village that borders the gently sloping seashore. The vacation village is located on the exclusive isthmus connecting the Argentario promontory to the mainland. It lies across from the islands of Giglio, Giannutri, and Montecristo. The vacation village offers all the amenities needed for a perfect family vacation. It features a children’s pool and an adult pool, entertainment/mini-club, a large playground, beach service, numerous sports facilities, and two restaurants serving both regional and international cuisine.
The Giglio two-bedroom cottages, recently built using solid construction methods, are located adjacent to the pine forest, near the swimming pool, and are situated either on the first floor or the first floor. The living area is approximately 40 m² and consists of a living room with two full-size single beds (which can also be pushed together) that serve as a sofa during the day, a fully equipped kitchenette (with dishes, silverware, and pots), one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. Pillows and blankets are included; barbecuing is permitted in the vacation village; travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The sandy, gently sloping beach is equipped with umbrellas, beach loungers, deck chairs, pedal boats, water sleds, and canoes. The restaurant “Il Pescatore” is located on the beach.
POOL
In addition to a large pool, there is also a children’s wading pool with a small slide.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The swimming pool and the amphitheater are the heart of the village and the place where the entertainment staff organize games, dances, and various other activities. In addition to a professional entertainment team, a mini-club and junior club are also available. During peak season, the entertainment team organizes daytime aerobics classes, gymnastics classes, and aqua-gym classes. Mini-club, junior club, canoeing, tournaments, evening games and entertainment, karaoke, dancing, and cabaret. A playground with a slide, etc., is available for children.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
In addition to a wide range of traditional sports facilities, including a sports field (volleyball, soccer), guests also have access to an archery range and a ping-pong table. During peak season, the entertainment team organizes daytime aerobics classes, gymnastics classes, and aqua aerobics classes. The resort has 3 restaurants (including a pizzeria). Here you can savor various Tuscan specialties and enjoy wines from Tuscany. At the restaurant “Il Pescatore,” which features a terrace overlooking the sea, you can also enjoy seafood specialties. Half-board or full-board options are available at the resort’s restaurant.

With its 2,500 residents, Albinia is the largest district of the town of Orbetello in Tuscany. It is connected to the northern part of Monte Argento by a strip of dunes known as the Tombolo della Giannella. This area features an incredibly beautiful natural landscape and a wide variety of animal species. The village of Albinia is situated on a small headland and can be reached via an ancient Roman road. Those interested in sightseeing can visit, for example, the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie or the Torre delle Saline. Albinia also offers a beautiful view that you can enjoy from a restaurant or café. If you’re in Albinia on a Friday, you can also visit the weekly market and are sure to find a few little treasures! The town of Orbetello rises in the center of the lagoon of the same name, in a unique location connected to Monte Argentario by a causeway. The Duna Feniglia Nature Park is a strip of dunes connecting the coastal district of Ansedonia with Porto Ercole, the famous town on Monte Argentario. The town of Orbetello houses, in its Museo Civico, tools and other artifacts excavated in the surrounding area, bearing witness to its Etruscan origins. The ancient Cyclopean Walls, as well as the uncovered buildings—both dating from the 6th century B.C.—bear witness to a thriving port life during Roman times. The Maremma Nature Park can be explored by mountain bike, on horseback, by canoe, or simply on foot. From the park’s hills, a breathtaking panoramic view opens up over the Tyrrhenian coast, the island of Giglio, the island of Elba, and Corsica. The hiking trails can be explored on your own, in groups, or with a guide. The water park in Follonica guarantees fun for the whole family! Here you’ll find various water slides, a range of water sports classes, and even Zumba classes to join and try out. If you’re looking for Tuscan specialties, you won’t have to look far here!
