**Mangrove Haven - Your Modern Waterfront Escape**
Welcome to Mangrove Haven, where coastal luxury meets natural wonder. This newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom waterfront retreat sleeps 8 and offers the perfect blend of modern design and Old Florida charm along St. Petersburg's pristine mangrove-lined waterways.
**The Waterfront Experience**
Step outside to your private oasis where dolphins play, manatees glide, and tarpon leap right off your dock. Watch the daily parade of boats cruise by as you soak in breathtaking sunsets from multiple waterfront seating areas. The property features a private dock with boat lift (reach out for details), making it ideal for boating enthusiasts wanting to explore Tampa Bay's beautiful waters.
**Pool Days and Hot Tub Nights**
Dive into your private heated pool, where the water stays perfectly warm no matter the season. Whether you're doing morning laps as the sun rises over the mangroves or floating lazily on a sunny afternoon, the pool becomes your personal retreat. Kids will splash for hours while adults relax on the surrounding deck, drink in hand, watching boats drift by on the canal. Explore the local waterways with the free kayaks and paddle boards.
As evening falls and the Florida sky erupts in shades of pink and orange, slip into the bubbling hot tub. Let the jets work their magic on tired muscles after a day of beach adventures or exploring downtown St. Pete. There's something magical about soaking under the stars with the gentle lapping of water against your dock and the occasional splash of a mullet jumping in the canal. It's the perfect ending to every day in paradise—and the ideal way to start planning tomorrow's adventures.
**Modern Comfort Indoors & Out**
The home's open-concept design creates an airy, contemporary feel that flows seamlessly from indoor to outdoor living. Whether you're gathering in the spacious interior or lounging poolside, there's room for everyone to spread out and relax. The heated pool offers year-round enjoyment, while the expansive turf lawn provides the perfect spot for games, sunset happy hours, or simply watching the wildlife. Palm trees dot the property, adding to the tropical ambiance.

The home was spacious, very comfortable and clean, but the backyard with the pool and view was fantastic! It was an oasis and great to have this refreshing space for family time especially with an infant. It was just a short drive to the beach. Matthew was an amazing host; he was a fantastic communicator and incredibly responsive to our few requests.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view was beautiful, and we enjoyed fishing off the dock. Our grandkids had a wonderful time outside! The backyard was fenced off, and this helped keep our pets and grandkids stay safe. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, as well! The house provided a kayak, beach towels, pool toys, and some fishing poles. The inside was spacious. It had a nice refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and kitchwn appliances to use when we cooked. Our master bedroom's bed was very comfortable. We were able to play games in the dining area easily, surrounded by the awesome view. Our family of 8 was able to be together, play, and visit. We also had our own space in our rooms, when we chose to do this. It had wifi that worked well. Our pets enjoyed being a part of everything, too.It is located in a central location. You could get to the beach, food places, bait store, and grocery stores quickly. The neighborhood was peaceful. Our host checked in several times to see if we were okay or needed anything. It was a bit pricey, but we split the costs between the group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend going there for your vacation!
