The Space
The two-room apartment is part of a historic building from the 1920s and has been completely restored with high-quality finishes (exposed beams, terracotta and marble floors, and pietra serena).
It’s very quiet even during the day because it overlooks an inner courtyard rather than the main street.
Its location is ideal because it’s an easy 10- to 15-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Station, or via a bus or T1 tram stop (Porta a Prato stop), or even by taking the T2 tram from Florence Airport.
However, since it’s outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), it’s also easy to reach by car.
The apartment consists of an entryway, a living room with a kitchenette and a sleeper sofa, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower stall.
There is also a small balcony.
Guest Access
The apartment is located on the first floor.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to keep in mind
Public parking is available a 5-minute walk away without reservation at a cost of 20–25 EUR per day.
