We rent our 180m² house during the holidays.
Built on 2 levels and on a wooded plot of 2000m², it is located on the heights of Bourg Saint-Andéol in the southern Ardèche. During the summer the swimming pool (8x4.5) is at your disposal for a sunbath and freshness!

Not far from the shops and the centre of the town (2.5 km), you benefit from a quiet area and an unobstructed 180° view of the Rhône plain and Mont Ventoux.
We offer 4 or 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a shower room (guest rooms the rest of the year).

Inside, several sound speakers play the music of your choice. In the living room, a home cinema system coupled with sound speakers awaits you for beautiful cinematographic adventures with your family.

Outside you will always find a place to rest on a deckchair: at the swimming pool of course, sheltered by cherry or apricot trees, but also on our large 100m² "shade and sun" terrace or in our small chill area next to the plancha and the bowling green. For the more sporty, the ping-pong table or the 4m diameter trampoline await you!

Our vegetable garden and the eggs of our chickens are at your disposal during your stay.

The environment is very attractive: the Ardèche gorges, as well as the Chauvet 2 cave are less than 30' away; the crocodile farm is 15' away. The Gorges de l'Ardèche - Pont d'Arc tourist office offers many activities in the area for young and old.

Our house is particularly suitable for hosting 2 families of friends or a large family with children and grandchildren.

PS2: two extra beds for children allow the capacity to be increased to 12 people.
