This newly built loft combines contemporary design, comfort, and an exceptional location next to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. The space has been thoughtfully designed to offer a modern and functional stay, ideal for couples, business travellers, or medium-term visits to Madrid.
The open-plan layout includes a comfortable sleeping area, a cosy living space, and a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing breakfasts or light meals during your stay. The modern bathroom features a shower and all essential amenities for day-to-day comfort.
Neutral tones, quality finishes, and carefully selected furniture create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Located just minutes from the Bernabéu, the loft offers excellent transport connections, as well as easy access to restaurants, shops and services—making it a practical and convenient base to enjoy Madrid with total comfort.

The apartment was easy to locate and access, with a convenient contactless check-in process. The space itself was beautiful, spacious, well-designed, and luxurious. It featured a full-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean bathroom, all of which made for a comfortable stay. However, there were a few issues that impacted the overall experience. Before check-in, I specifically reached out to confirm that the air conditioning was fully functional, as I’m aware that in some parts of Spain, AC systems may be centrally controlled or turned off seasonally. I was assured that the AC was in perfect working condition. Upon arrival, the apartment was quite warm (around 75°F outside, but noticeably hotter inside). There were two AC units, one in the bedroom area and one in the living/kitchen area, but neither worked. One remote was missing batteries, and when I contacted the host, I was advised to purchase batteries myself, which is not something guests should be expected to do while on vacation. The host also mentioned that someone would come the following morning to resolve the issue, but no one ever arrived. As a result, we had to spend two nights in an uncomfortably warm apartment. Additionally, the body wash in the shower was empty, which was another inconvenience. Overall, the apartment has great potential and is in a fantastic location, but the issues mentioned above, especially those that were previously confirmed and then not addressed, made the stay less enjoyable
