Property is very nice and clean. It is fairly updated. It is stocked with everything you will need for the week at the beach: towels, beach chairs, wagons and even a few beach toys. You do have to cross a street to get to the beach entrance but the crosswalks are near the entrance to the community. You can walk to several restaurants and treat shops and there are a couple of grocery stores within a couple of miles. The pool is also close to the unit if you prefer that. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.
