Plenty of space for family or friends to stay and gather with private sleeping in 4 bedrooms. 500 ft from Doaneville-York mountain bike trailhead and 4.6 miles from the main Bailey system trailhead. 10 minutes to the Long Ridge atv trail, surrounded by Wayne National Forrest. Not far from the Hocking Hills Old Man's Cave area. 5 minutes from Fast Trax and Hocking College. 20 minutes to OU and downtown Athens.

One bathroom for 6 people wasn't trouble and was very nice. We enjoyed playing corn hole and having a fire near our back door. I loved the remote location very close to town.The only trouble was at 99 degrees outside we could only get the upstairs bedrooms down to about 74 despite the downstairs was 68 at midnight. To be fair, it was during a horrible heatwave and the owner gave me a break in cost which was more than fair.

Host was very responsive. The bed was very comfortable. We thought it was ideal for accessing the Baileys Trail System. The backyard was peaceful and a perfect setting for morning coffee. Although we wished we had brought camp chairs with us since the outdoor seating wasn’t great.
