Welcome to Deep Cove! Our brand new, bright & clean 1 bed / 1 bath suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood between Mt Seymour and the ocean, within walking distance of many activities and amenities. You'll have quick access to the beach, groceries, tennis courts, hiking trails and many parks. Or enjoy all the food, sports and concerts that downtown Vancouver has to offer just 20 minutes away. Free street parking is available, and the suite is on a convenient bus route.
The suite is a spacious and bright 1 bedroom, 1 bath. It is be suited for 1 or 2 guests but can accommodate a young child. It features plenty of closet space, in-suite laundry and kitchen as well as a small dining area. It's equipped with a new fridge, Miele dishwasher, large sink, quartz countertop, electric stove with vented hood fan, and Bosh front-loading washer and dryer. New triple glazed windows with screens and sound proofing. You control your own heat through electric baseboard heating. Hot water is on-demand.
We are a family of 4 who live in the home above - we have extensive knowledge of the area and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the area. We strive to keep the suite impeccably clean, it was designed so that you will be just as comfortable in your home as we are in ours. You will have space and privacy with a large bedroom, comfortable and bright living area, and fully functional kitchen. Parents work five days a week, and therefore value quiet nights.
Guests will have access to the entire suite and appliances, but there is no outdoor space included. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house, the property is well lit after dark and the neighborhood is a quiet and peaceful family oriented setting. The suite is a pet free and smoke free space.

Great quaint suite that you are sure to love! I'm a fantastic area that's near plenty of shops, restaurants, recreational activities, and the sea bus ismf you need to head to BC. Has all the amenities that you would need if your planning to stay in. Very comfortable place to stay! Would highly recommend!

The suite was clean and tidy. The appliances made for a comfortable stay, especially after traveling and hiking nearby. The suite was easy to find and the owner's check-in directions were clear. Property is conveniently located close to hiking and close to the water. While the hosts live in the same building, they are respectful of their guest's privacy. If you do see them, they are gracious and welcoming.
