Le personnel fait tout pour qu'on soit satisfait. J'ai passé mon anniversaire de mes 30 ans de rêve. Un grand merci à Melek, Merve, Huseyin, Mert ... Un mot spécial à la qualité du ménage chaque jour et à l'agent qui s'est occupé de la chambre 904. Emplacement top, salle de sport incroyable.

Rien Suggestion: Si il existait la possibilité de faire laver tout ses vêtements avec un bon tarif groupé ça serait un 11/10. Le service de lavage des vêtements est assez hors de prix.

the room was clean, breakfast is good and I must mention the welcoming girls, Maleek and Nihan are efficient, can't do enough and nice to deal with. Burak on the terrace is a calm person with a big welcoming smile and makes a great turkish coffee!

Why my review is somehow tough, we chose this five star hotel and an executive room with a balcony as it was our anniversary. Checking out the room we found it clean but with only two disposable cups, one of which had already been used! I showed it to reception when we went down to ask for an iron and ironing board which were supposed to be in the room, I mean paper cups in an executive room in a five star hotel and not only two paper cups but exactly two coffee, tea, sugar and coffee mate same with brown sugar, two of each for two people in a five star hotel. The second most annoying issue we faced is that every morning we were ready to go sight seeing we would get stuck at the parking area due to the barrier not opening, we would have to return to reception to have this seen to in some cases more than one time and the day before we left it got stuck three times and we got stuck on the second barrier where my wife had to walk to reception to inform them as the security personnel refused to ring them and that was the day I said I will not go back to this hotel again. It is annoying and changes the mood when it happens every morning when you're eager to get going.
