1. Check-In/Check-Out
⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!
2.Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.
3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.
4. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.
6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
7. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!
9. Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.
10. Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.

So the place was very cool with all the windows and farely clean, the reason I got the place was because of the balcony and bbq and unfortunately the bbq was totally disgusting full of charcoal and dirt and it’s a propane bbq, the patio was covered in broken glass and the roof top was covered in smashed dishes and garbage, after I got there I was warned all used/soiled toilet paper must be placed in a garbage can because the plumbing is not good.
In my opinion this is very unexceptable and should have been in the description of the add, wanted a refund so I could take my money and get another place and I asked 3 times but was told please stay what can I do to fix this, unfortunately the plumbing and bbq was in fixable at our time being there which was a full week.
Other then that the beds were very comfortable and the owners did respond quickly offering help and the place itself is a comfortable apartment but I had 2 teenage boys myself and wife there and the plumbing issue is not something that should be sprung upon a renter after they get there as it is very disgusting:…. So over all I would not rent again because of this and the none useable bbq when the add said specifically we have a bbq which is a rare gem.
