Courtside is located in the Forest Beach area near Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza has many shops and restaurants, nightlife and activities. Rent some bikes, or walk over for some Breakfast, Coffee, or Ice Cream! It is the perfect beach retreat! This spacious 2 bedroom 2 1/2 Bath townhouse has as a King in the Primary and a Queen and Twin in the Guest Bedroom plus a sofa bed. Within Walking Distance to the Beach * Great Pool * Free Tennis * Wireless Internet * Fully Equipped Kitchen * Full Size Washer & Dryer
The Courtside and Island House community pools are not heated and are closed for swimming from October 1 until April 1. Courtside Parking is limited to two cars.

Great condo, looks as advertised. Short walk to the beach and Coligny. Pool access right off of balcony was really nice.

The twin beds were so noisy. Never experienced anything like that before. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep entire stay. Property management should check lighting after guests check out. Bathroom lights not bright enough. Large stain in upstairs bathroom. Very unappealing. Dining chairs need to be repaired or replace.

The property was convenient for our trip to the VanDer Meer Tennis camp we were there to attend. The unit was as described in the listing. 2 small issues - screen door needs to be repaired and the pool seemed to be unheated and cool during the time we were there. Overall the unit met all of our needs.

The property was fairly clean and worked fine for our needs, however, there is a lack of attention to detail that I think potential guests need to be aware of. The kitchen has most of what you need, but there is no knife block and no knife sharpener and the knives are (as with all rentals) dull. There were only about 7-8 forks. Silverware was lacking overall. The drawer in the master bath does not close properly. The bathroom lighting is a bit dim. You get the idea. It will work in a pinch, but I personally prefer a property where the owner keeps it more up-to-date. This unit seems like one where the owner rarely if ever occupies the property to identify issues. It would only take a few hundred dollars to make this a 5 star option. Hopefully, the owner will make some simple updates.
