À propos de cette location de vacances
Enjoy a true cozy studio apartment minutes away from NYC. Only 1 stop to and from NYC makes this studio a great option when visiting the city.
The apartment is next to many local restaurants and convenience centers.
It is equipped with all the basic needs of a full kitchen. Among many amenities, we provide a coffee machine, kettle, pots, and more.
Towels, sheets, bed linen, and bathroom essentials such as paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are all provided.
the best views of the NYC skyline can be viewed after a 10 minute walk from the apartment to a local park called Hamilton Park.
I’m available every day at every hour. Please write to me with any inquires or concern and I will gladly reply as prompt as I can.
Best views to NYC skyline from Hamilton Park.
Various choices of nearby eateries:
-Park Ave Bagels
-Garbanzos (mediterranean cuisine)
-Cortadito (Bakery)
- El Unico (great inexpensive Spanish food menu)
-laundromat one block away from apartment
And many more ...
Best way to reach NYC is by taking a bus a block away from the apartment. Once in the bus the next stop is at Port Authority.
For faster transportation I advice walking 3 more blocks to 32nd street and Pleasant ave.
From that stop take any bus that reads NEW YORK.
Please see instructions in the guideline regarding easy steps to return to the apartment from NYC.
Smoking is not allowed.
Quiet hours after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.
Place the parking permit back in its place after use.
