This is an intimate 6 story condo complex located directly on Vanderbilt Beach
Unit #602 is a Penthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
While the decor & finishes are dated, the unit is very clean and has new towels, linens and kitchenware. There are new smart TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. The owner also purchased new lanai furniture.
The main living space provides for kitchen/breakfast room off the entrance to the unit. The living room/dining room combo overlooks the lanai. This condo is a total time capsule dating back to the 1980s, but the cleanliness of the unit was absolutely outstanding. While the furniture is dated, it is clear it was hardly ever used and has been meticulously maintained. We were also impressed by how well-stocked the home was; the towels, sheets, and kitchen utensils were plentiful and felt next to new. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable and the mattresses seemed brand new, which made for a great night's sleep throughout our three-week stay.We spent most of our time on the screened-in balcony, which was a highlight of the unit and featured all-new furniture. While the property doesn't offer a pool or lawn games, there is an outdoor spa available which some guests might enjoy. However, you are really paying for the incredible beach access and the location. Having 5 or 6 restaurants all within walking distance made dining out easy, and the nearby shopping is very handy for finishing up a day at the beach.The true icing on the cake, and what brings this stay to a 10.0 out of 10.0 for us, is the sunsets over the Gulf. Watching the sun go down every evening was spectacular. Between the pristine condition of the unit and the perfect location, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Beach front, panoramic view from beautifully furnished , new deck furniture. You can see the ocean from the living area and master bedroom. All furniture was very comfortable . The unit was well stocked with kitchen appliances , 3 Smart TV as well as beach items : 4 high back beach chairs with lids , beach cart and a cool cabana sun hut. I would highly recommend Tammy and Neil Novak as hosts. They were both very quick to return a phone call and respond to my questions without any delay.
