With Old Town’s shops, dining, and trails just steps away—and CSU close by—this location makes getting around simple. Complimentary bikes are available for exploring the neighborhood, campus, or nearby paths, so you can spend less time driving and more time enjoying Fort Collins.

The apartment was in a great location, well-appointed with everything we needed, and clean. The only issue we had was with the directions for the check-in and where to retrieve the key, but they said they make changes for future guests. I would stay here again.

Super clean unit, comfortable beds, great location. Had an issue entering (not owner or management’s fault), last person in the unit did not return key fab to exterior door. I called management, who was excellent, and in the meantime a resident let us in. Management stayed on the phone to make sure we were able to enter unit and once there, no issues. Excellent customer service!
