A semi-enclosed wooded park of 1.7 hectares shared with two 4-person cottages (one of which is adjoining Le Tillou) and another 10-person cottage (detached). Shared swimming pool (9x6m, secured by a fence) with the owners and guests of the 4-person cottages. Private terrace with no overlooking neighbors: patio furniture, lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and a Canadian-style barbecue. Car parking.
