Complimentary daily continental breakfast may be enjoyed indoors or outdoors, and an all-day lunch and dinner menu is also available. Relax in the stately bar and lounge, billiards room, or private cigar terrace.

Housekeeping:

● Daily service is provided and includes making beds, emptying trash and dishwasher, wiping down kitchen and bathroom counters, cleaning showers, replenishing bathroom and kitchen amenities, and providing fresh towels. This is $75/day. Our booking software only calculates 3 days initially ($225). For stays longer than 3 days, we will add this on manually to the booking.
● Full service is provided on the 4th day of visits over 5 days and includes all daily services plus sheet change, vacuum, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and back patio.

● Flexible Cancel for Any Reason Policy available for peace of mind. Black out dates apply.
● Cancellation Policy: Will be displayed at time of check out. Either 30 or 60 days prior to arrival based on property type.
● Check-In/Out: 4:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out. Early/late options may be available for a fee (approval required) within 48 hours of arrival
● Rental Contract required and must be signed before check-in
● Minimum age requirements apply
● To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication.

City Info and Rules

● Please take note that the state and local laws enforce noise ordinances aimed at curbing events, parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.
● Guests agree to comply with state and local laws regarding short-term rentals:
● Sec. 18-152. - Non-residential usage by vacation rentals or short-term rentals prohibited.
● No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose, including but not limited to:
● Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes
● Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use
● Housing sex offenders is prohibited
● Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home
● Selling liquor, controlled substances, or pornography
● Operating any adult-oriented business, including nude and topless dancing
● No person, including an owner or operator, shall operate a vacation rental or short-term rental in violation of this section
● Last-Minute Bookings: Additional verification needed for arrivals within 72 hours or with local Arizona guests
