▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee of up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72–83°F.
▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ Pets are not allowed.
▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Smoking Policy (House): Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property — this includes the interior of the home, as well as all outdoor areas such as the deck, porch, yard, driveway, and any territory associated with the property.
If there is any evidence of smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4:00 pm and check-out time is no later than 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11:00 am.
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.

We had a gathering of 9 people. So much room for us to enjoy. The beds are very comfortable and the place was spotless .We enjoyed the pool room and the outside fire pit.This house was very close to jim thorpe. We rode our bikes on D&L bike and did some wonderful hiking on the AT.So recommend this place.

We really enjoyed this home that’s close to town and area attractions but so private and quiet!Lots of bedrooms and gathering spaces inside and out - and that fabulous game room!!Comfy beds with nice bedding. Love the fire pit!!Hosts have even left great directions for grill, fire pit and other amenities so you can actually enjoy them!We loved our long weekend here and would stay again if in the area!

The house was spotless, comfortable, and large. Perfect for our long weekend family getaway. Itcwas just minutes from Jim Thorpe. For all the skier and snowboarders in the family we were close to all the mountains.
