Escape to your perfect tranquil getaway on quaint Venice Island- just a 3 minute walk to the beautiful Venice Beach and only a 15 minute walk to the quaint Historic Downtown Venice with charming shops and unique dining options. Everything you need is all within walking distance!
This light and airy 2 bedroom/ 1 bath was recently purchased and freshly renovated. It is fully furnished and ready for you to make yourself at home. It features a recently updated kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The two bedrooms sleep four; with a king bed in the first bedroom and two twin xls in the second. Equipped with central air throughout and a pull-out sofa bed if needed. The patio out front with dining table and chairs offers a beautiful spot to relax, take in the sounds of the ocean, and enjoy a meal or wine with friends.
We have everything you need for a relaxing vacation- fully stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, towels, umbrellas, and even shark tooth sifters for your day at the beach. There is a laundry closet with a shared washer/dryer and for those with children- we have a crib, pack and play, and highchair for your use upon request. You also get hassle-free off-street parking for one car on the property.
Come relax and unwind in our beautiful beach town. Spend your days soaking up the sun at the beach, dolphin watching, shelling, and shark tooth hunting, then rinse off in the outdoor shower, and explore the shops in our Historic Downtown. Community tennis and basketball courts near downtown as well as a marina nearby for boat rentals and more. Multiple public golf courses are just a short drive away. Venice Island is a vibrant and friendly community and is sure to become one of your favorite places to visit.

This was the ideal location! We loved being so close to the beach! No driving around parking lots looking for a space! Everything you need for the beach is supplied.Loved walking into the town, lots of shops and restaurants. Everyone is very friendly.The hosts were amazing! Responded quickly to any questions or needs we had.The description of the property is spot on, clean and cozy! Think you will love it here!

The unit was well equipped. Had all the necessary items to enjoy the beach and shark teeth hunting. Close to the beach and several family owned restaurants. The owner was extremely attentive.

The condo was exactly as described! It was wonderful… very clean and was an easy walk to the ocean and downtown area! The shed provided our needs for the beach. Our host responded immediately when had questions! Highly recommended for adults and children!

Amazing place to stay!! You have everything you need and more. Location is perfect to walk, a couple of minutes, to the beach and also to tons of shops. Owners are extremely nice and caring. Thank you!!!!!
