Summary:
Personally hosted by Paul & Alicia of Dancing Palms Vacations, this brand-new luxury home sits directly across the street from the beach with Gulf views from an expansive rooftop deck and multiple outdoor living spaces. Enjoy a resort-style backyard with heated pool, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor dining, games, and palms. The elevated designer home sleeps up to 14 with 4 king suites, bunk room, gourmet kitchen, decks on every level, and is a short walk to a grocery and two restaurants.
The Space:
The entrance to the house is on a ground level entry, then up a level of stairs (or elevator) to bedroom floor, up another flight to living, dining, kitchen, upper decks/balconies with Gulf views. The master bedroom has a king, second bedroom has a king, third bedroom a king, fourth bedroom a king, and fifth has 4 twin bunk beds. There is a queen sofa bed in the flex room/office. There are 4 full bathrooms. The backyard has a large covered patio lanai area next to the pool with plenty of seating for both dining and separate lounging with smart TV, sun loungers, and areas with shade all day. Garage parking for 4 cars plus 2 more uncovered.
Guest Access:
Private entrances from garage to ground level foyer with elevator. A private entrances up a flight of stairs from foyer. A third private entrances from outside stair case.

This property felt brand new—beautifully maintained with high-quality furnishings throughout. The king beds were pillow-top and incredibly comfortable, which made a big difference after long beach days.The beach is right across the street, which was perfect for our group with several kids,we could easily walk back and forth without any hassle. The pool is on the smaller side, but it’s heated and well kept. We especially loved the outdoor amenities: putt-putt, cornhole, ping pong, and a HUGE outdoor TV that we mostly used for music.Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, which was a great bonus. The open-concept kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking easy for a group.The layout is thoughtfully designed for families. One bathroom has a bathtub, making it ideal for those with younger kids. Another bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the bunk room, and the upstairs bedroom has its own full bath. Just note that the upstairs bathroom is also the only one on the main level, so it’s shared.There are multiple balconies and outdoor seating areas, making it easy to spread out and find quiet time,it truly feels like you’re sharing a home without ever feeling crowded. There were also several games available under the living room TV.Location is a major plus: Publix is just one block away, with two restaurants right behind it—super convenient for quick trips or casual meals.And the sunsets? Absolutely stunning.The hosts were fantastic…responsive and easy to reach:)
