Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to enter the property. Unauthorized visitors are not permitted.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. Any violation may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Illegal Activities Prohibited: Engaging in illegal activities in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any such behavior will result in eviction and possible legal action.
