The only downside was the air conditioning did not seem to take the humidity fully out of the air, so was a bit stale, but otherwise all good.

Reviewer Comments: I stayed in 2 separate units during our visit. The 1st unit was good.Everything was just as described. The second unit was a little outdated but was ok.The carpets need a deep cleaning.Housekeeping in both units need to pay attention little more to there cleaning.Renters pay for it to be clean,it should be.Other than that overall, a wonderfull place to stay. The owners to other units were always very nice. The views were grand .Marsh on one side beach on other.I would recommend to family and friends.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at Inlet Pointe every year as we love the location. This was our first time in this unit and we will not be returning to this unit again. The furniture and beds are very, very old and dirty. The master bedroom has a bed that is extremely uncomfortable and the bedding is worn and dirty. The kitchen was infested with tiny ants as well as the master bath. We also had several spiders and other bugs throughout the property. The pull out couch in the living room was broken and my youngest children didn’t sleep well because of this. The blinds throughout the property were old and broken so in the master bedroom the light from the hallway just shown into the bedroom at night, same with the bedroom and living room so no one could sleep in in the mornings. The unit had no WiFi and this was not disclosed. In an era where it’s expected of every hotel and vacation rental, this was very disappointing. In the kitchen there were no frying pans and for silverware there was only one butter knife.
