Maison 'MerSea' is located right on the sandy beach of Sainte-Maxime, just 10 meters from the beach. The best food and drinks are right on your doorstep, and it’s only a 5-minute drive from downtown Sainte-Maxime. At the beach, you’ll find a public area as well as several beach clubs.
This single-story house is beautifully decorated, featuring spacious living and bedrooms that open onto a sunny 100 m² garden, offering all the comforts you need. It features a large dining table, an outdoor kitchen, and a lounge set. The house has 2 bedrooms, a living room with an open dining area, a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a kitchen.
You can safely park your car in your own garage.

The kitchen is small but well-equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, blender, toaster, and other cooking utensils.
There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is located at the rear of the house and features a double bed measuring 180 x 200. The bedroom has an adjoining en-suite room that serves as an office or dressing room. Bedroom 2 is located at the front and has two single beds measuring 90 x 200. Access to the bathroom is through the office. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, washing machine, toilet, and sink. The layout makes this vacation home ideal for two couples or a young family with two or three children. The entire apartment is air-conditioned. Upon request, you can hire a private chef, arrange for breakfast service, a boat trip, or a shopping service.
