This large, peaceful, quiet house offers all the comforts for a wonderful stay with family or friends.
With its beautiful indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi heated all year round, large terrace and fenced garden not overlooked.
Close to the center of Saint Saëns where you will find many shops 5 minutes from the cottage.
Close to the forest of Eawy, close to Rouen, the beach of Dieppe ...
Many family activities (Canadian park, Clères zoo, Bocasse park ...).
The cottage is almost finished.
There is decoration and furniture missing as well as the stair railing.

The gîte consists of:
- First floor:
Living room with access to the indoor swimming pool, a bedroom, a shower room, a separate toilet. All doors on the first floor > 81 cm.
- 1st floor:
4 bedrooms, 2 of which each have a 160 cm bed, 1 with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed and 1 with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. A bathroom and a separate toilet.
- swimming pool:
heated and open all year round 3 m x 7.50 m and 1.50 m deep, with a jacuzzi and a 40 cm deep deck.
