Located in a pretty, peaceful residential area, the house is just 10 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes from the village of Ploemeur, where you will find all the shops and amenities you need. Ploemeur is a charming town between the sea and the countryside, renowned for its beaches, coastal paths and pleasant living environment.
With a surface area of 60 m², the house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people and has a sunny private garden and a private parking space.

- Living room with sofa, coffee table, television and dining table
- Open-plan, fitted and equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle
