À propos de cette location de vacances
This apartment features a large, fully equipped terrace with sea view over the Gulf of Lacona, its most distinctive and appreciated feature. The quiet and panoramic location allows guests to reach the beaches of Lacona, Margidore, and many other beaches along Elba’s southern coast in just a few minutes, as well as the main towns and services in the area. The surroundings are also ideal for scenic walks and cycling excursions
The apartment
With an independent entrance, it is located on the first floor of a typical Elban farmhouse and can accommodate up to 6 people. For added convenience, there is also a second service bathroom (sink and toilet) at the top of the entrance staircase. On the ground floor, guests can use a built-in masonry barbecue, ideal for outdoor evenings with a view over the gulf
