The kitchen is fully equipped with an extensive range of cooking utensils and appliances.
The undercover BBQ on the deck also comes with top quality tools.
There's complimentary hot drinks, ice in the freezer and a bowl of complimentary snacks will be on the kitchen counter to greet your band of road-weary travellers.
The house is fully fenced with very secure off street parking for one car (right in front of the house behind a tall automatic gate) and plenty of free street parking at the driveway entry for other vehicles.
