Upon entering the house, you will discover a beautiful, welcoming and bright living space, opening onto a large sliding glass door leading to the wooden terrace. The lounge, carefully furnished, invites you to relax after a day by the seaside, whilst the American-style induction kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Everything is designed so that you feel at home.

On the sleeping side, the house has two comfortable bedrooms. The first is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a small open wardrobe. The second, ideal for children or a second couple, offers two single beds (90x200) that can be joined together to form a large King Size bed (180x200), as well as a large wardrobe with hanging space. A modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a hairdryer completes the sleeping area.



For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine, a travel cot and two private parking spaces in front of the property. You will also have the option to store up to 4 bicycles in a shed.
