Surrounded by lush landscaping, the outdoor space features ample seating for enjoying poolside lunches at the umbrella-covered table, relaxing in lounge chairs, or grilling out on the BBQ. An outdoor shower provides added convenience after beach days or time spent by the pool.

Inside, the home opens to a spacious great room with soaring ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. This welcoming space includes comfortable seating, a 40” flat-screen TV with DVD and Blu-ray for streaming, and an antique-style dining table that seats six. Just off the dining area, a large screened-in porch offers multiple seating areas where guests can unwind and soak in the peaceful Lowcountry atmosphere, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The fully equipped and completely renovated kitchen is located just to the right of the entry and is bright and open with multiple skylights. It features a breakfast bar with seating for four, an eat-in table for four, and access to the back deck. A sleeper sofa in this area provides additional sleeping accommodations when needed.

Bedroom 1 is located immediately to the left upon entering the home and features two twin beds and a 47” flat-screen TV. This bedroom has access to a hall bathroom with a stone tile walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, a 40” SMART TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3, the primary bedroom, is located at the end of the hallway on the right. This spacious retreat includes a king-sized bed, a 40” SMART TV, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom featuring a stone tile walk-in shower and a relaxing soaking tub.
