The Agent was easily accessible and reacted quickly when any problems occurred. My room was upgraded because I had some problems with the lock. The location is very central and convenient. I got the nice room upgrade with the seaview so it was a very pleasant surprise.
There were some accessories missing like bottle opener or hairdryer, but the Mall is right next to the Condo so it was no problem to get the stuff. I was there in the rainy season so the balcony had water on the ground and it didnt flow out trough the drain by itself. Also a stand to dry the clothes would have been great to have in the balcony.
