Dom jest nowy i brakuje jeszcze pełnego ogrodzenia, co przy małych dzieciach i pieskach nie jest zbyt komfortowe. Dom jest położony na wzgórzu, a taras i basen mają ekspozycję wschodnią, stąd dosyć wcześnie popołudniu cała część wypoczynkowa znajduje się w cieniu.
