Upon arrival the place was very cozy and welcoming. The rooms were very lovely dressed and overall environment was calm and attractive. Some family request like heater replacement, drinking water replacement were met and responded on time.
The kitchen was not furnished enough, for a family who loves to cook. Some pots were not big enough for cooking for family of 4. Some condiments were amiss. However, that was not turn off because the place provided a good environment for the whole family.
