There are stairs to get into the hotel , after that there is an elevator to floors . We booked this hotel in an emergency after the horrible experience from this same site that informed us that we had cancelled our reservation , of course the stayed with our money Crying and not a bed or roof on our heads , I believe this is a Sham of certain owners ! We got , not very economical deal but received a great service , clean bed , comfortable and a great location ! The service of both front desk employees was out of the ballpark ! Thank you guys so much…you are definitely good people !

Really the building needs some work , but the inside. Room, water pressure, beds , service , air conditioner , great , there is elevator to go up . It is walking distance from Roma Termini and we found a 5 star Michelin restaurant, never tasted a Tiramisu soooo good ! And great lemon chicken ! So close just down the sidewalk.

The location of the property is really convenient when you just arrive the city. We had to walk for less than 10 minutes, which is totally fine even with big bags. The property is not in ground floor (maybe 3rd floor), but they do have a lift, so it was really easy to access. The check-in process was easy and quick, and the staff kind and informative.

Nothing really to share here.

Location is perfect The staff is nice There is a fridge in the room . Room size is reasonable.

The bad smell coming from the old pipes. No real solution from the staff other than moving you to a less stinky room. For $180/night one could expect bathroom not to stink… I understand it may be hard to fix in the old building but not doing anything can’t be right as well!
