Nice, clean apartment, newly furnished. Has everything for a pleasant stay. Good air condition in the bedrooms with very comfortable beds. We used it as a base for further exploration of the island. The apartment was conveniently located for us in Kelaniya, close to the people we visited. Nice garden in front of the apartment. Quiet surroundings. Very friendly and helpful owner.
No air condition in the living room. Great location if you want to stay in Kelaniya, but it is a residential area and the center of Colombo is about 30-40 minutes away by car.

The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and cooperative throughout our stay.
The air-conditioned bedrooms were a real blessing in the warm weather, making our stay much more comfortable. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including supermarkets, coffee shops, local and international restaurants, and shopping facilities.
Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we genuinely have nothing to complain about. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Waren zu zweit Backpacken. Und hatten einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft :)
Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden, sodass man alles Wichtige schnell erreichen kann. Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers, der jederzeit erreichbar war und gute Tipps gegeben hat :))
War eig alles top, kommen gerne wieder
