- Access to the swimming pool required an additional fee of €5 per person per day. This mandatory fee was not mentioned in the Booking listing or before our arrival. - We were unable to reach an agreement with the property owner regarding this unexpected charge, so we could not use the pool for part of our stay. - The apartment is privately owned, while the resort facilities are managed separately. This led to confusion about access to the swimming pool, and we were informed by the resort management that we were not considered “their guests.” - The common areas of the building (hallways, staircases, etc.) were not well maintained, and the elevator was out of service during our stay. - I made a mistake when entering the number of guests in my reservation. I acknowledged this immediately and was willing to resolve it. Unfortunately, the discussion became unnecessarily confrontational instead of focusing on finding a practical solution. - Communication with the property owner was slow and difficult, making it challenging to resolve issues during the stay.
