A spacious modern apartment with a terrace as a bonus (didn't notice it when booking). It also has a cozy bed, a lovely living room with all kitchen tools, a large jacuzzi, and two air conditioners. Excellent choice for a couple. Recommended!
Can get a bit noisy in the morning and during the day because of the market proximity, but it's not that distracting :)

The apartment is lovely, jacuzzi was cool to have, location is super convenient. It was clean and tidy. Palermo is very nice.
There is a problem with hot water, we did not have it on the last two days. Be aware that the first couple of streets near the apartment are basically a ghetto-bazaar. Jacuzzi has a weird odor when turned on. Also, they notified us about the tourist tax after we checked out and asked to send money on IBAN, although for some reason it was already in Booking.com receipt.
