Очень понравился отель, все необходимое есть в номере, можно воспользоваться стиральной машиной и сушилкой - бесплатно. Номер комфортный, удобное расположение сразу до двух линий метро. И недалеко большой ТЦ

We had a great experience at the hotel! The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Communication was excellent, and they were always happy to answer our questions. They also kindly helped us recover an item we had accidentally left behind after checking out, which we really appreciated. Thank you for your attentiveness and support. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location was okay and convenient for getting to different places. However, we used taxis for all our trips, so the location worked well for us.
The bathroom was dirty and had not been properly cleaned when we arrived. A hairpin was left on the shower floor for several days by previous guests, and it was only removed after we raised the issue with the cleaner. Additionally, the duvet cover had a hole that appeared to have been burned by a cigarette
