The overall experience was great. It was 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and near many stores for your group needs. Very spacious inside with 4 floors and 6 large bedrooms with their own bathrooms. I would have no problem staying there again if ever in the area. It also has spacious covered decks on three levels.

Reviewer Comments:
Great house to bring kids on vacation. Very close to downtown Gatlinburg. Plenty to do at the property, too, for some down time. Our kids loved their spring break trip, and the property management group was outstanding when we needed their help with some items that were left behind. All around great experience.

Reviewer Comments:
The rental property needs some upgrades and maintenance etc. the bathroom door latch in Master bedroom needs repair, lamp in living room needs repair, the blender didn’t work, several toilets need repair, the kitchen just has minimal cooking supplies and utensils. These are some of the recommendation's to the owner And someone should check unit to make sure everything is working properly. When I called the blender was replaced on our last day of our stay and 2 toilets were repaired several days after I called (good maintenance man) called to have the garage picked up several times and no one showed up, I would recommend replacing that contractor.
