Welcome to your Lake Dillon vacation rental in the heart of Summit County. This refreshed top-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath lakefront condo sleeps up to six guests and offers panoramic views of Lake Dillon, the Tenmile Range, Keystone and Tenderfoot Mountain from its private balcony.
The location is exceptional. Walk to the Dillon Marina, summer concerts at the Dillon Amphitheater and the Lake Dillon bike path, or enjoy easy access to nearby dining and year-round mountain activities.
In winter, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin are nearby, with Breckenridge and Copper Mountain also within easy reach. Vail and Beaver Creek make excellent day trips.

The condo received a complete refresh in 2026, including new furniture, updated fixtures, fresh paint, appliances and brand-new beds.
The living area features a comfortable new sofa, gas fireplace, curated art collection and large windows framing the lake and mountains. Smart TVs with Xfinity channels are available in the living room and both bedrooms.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The kitchen includes granite countertops, custom cabinetry, cookware, dishes, glassware and everyday essentials for preparing meals at home. Coffee pods, tea and premium guest products are provided.
A dedicated dining area and coffee nook make mornings and shared meals easy and relaxed.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom includes a queen bed with hotel-quality bedding, a smart TV, charging outlets and a private en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom offers two full beds with new bedding, its own smart TV, built-in charging ports and access to the second bathroom.
The second bathroom features a steam shower, perfect for warming up after skiing, hiking or a long mountain day.
PRIVATE BALCONY & STARGAZING
Step onto the private balcony for sweeping views across Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. It’s a beautiful setting for morning coffee, afternoon reading and sunset cocktails.
Clear mountain nights are also incredible for stargazing. Guests can often capture even more stars using a phone’s night-mode camera.

This is the absolute best condo I've rented at the Dillon Marina and I visit several times a year for concerts. Many rental condos in the area are a bit run down with out-of-town hosts who are more interested in the money than creating a nice experience for their guests. This one stands out from the rest in many ways. Everything was perfect, from the booking process, communication with the host, check-in process, instructions, check-out, cleaning service, etc. Every detail had been thought of and set up in a way that made for the best possible experience a guest could ask for. The condo is lovely! The beds were comfortable. There were 2 actual beds for adults, which is not easy to find in this area, most condos have a bunk room with uncomfortable mattresses, so the bedding configuration was a plus. The bathrooms were stocked with top of the line lotions, soaps, shampoos, etc. The decorations were lovely & exactly as pictured. This condo is literally a few steps from the marina & amphitheater. Parking was easy & the 2 parking spaces were so helpful. Everything was neat, clean, new & in good working condition. A furnished balcony with nice furniture and an amazing view of the marina. Nice bathrooms with good water pressure in the showers. A great steam shower. I can't stress enough that everything worked as it should and was in great condition. The host was so great at communicating and very accommodating to all of our requests. I'll definitely stay again.
