U Palazzu di Tuie is an elegant historic residence located in the heart of Tuglie, a charming village just a few minutes from Gallipoli, where traditional architecture meets contemporary comfort.
The result of a careful and recent restoration, the palace has been brought back to its former splendor with great respect for the original structure. Its authenticity has been preserved while seamlessly incorporating every modern convenience. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated: each piece of furniture was personally selected by the owner after extensive research through antique markets and artisan workshops, creating a refined, authentic atmosphere with a strong sense of character and identity.
The home is set across the first and second floors, connected by a striking staircase. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room, a separate dining room, and a large fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a terrace with a gazebo, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. This level also features a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom with a private balcony, and an additional bathroom. On the second floor the third bedroom with two single beds opens onto its own terrace.
Due to the internal stairs and delicate furnishings, the property is especially suitable for adults or families with older children
