The Space:

Comprised of 2 completely separate units that can be booked individually, Surf + Strand Unit A and Unit B, guests now have the flexibility and convenience to book both together, where the entire property becomes yours for the duration of your stay. Unit A serves as the main gathering space, welcoming you with a bright living room featuring a cozy couch and loveseat, a smart TV for movie nights, and board games for easygoing evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, both single-cup and drip coffee makers, and counter seating for three—ideal for morning coffee chats—while the dining table for six brings everyone together after a day at the beach.



Upstairs, Unit B offers a comfortable studio-style hideaway—perfect for additional guests or couples who want a bit more independence. Unwind on the couch with a favorite show on the smart TV, enjoy a game night, or prepare casual meals and snacks in the convenient kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, air fryer, and toaster. This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo.



Unit B is a studio unit that comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 2 king size beds and a twin size sleeper sofa.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

· Washer and dryer available on patio.

· Driveway and street parking for 5 vehicles available. 3 vehicles can fit in the driveway, 2 vehicles can park in the street.

· This home is the parent unit of two composite units, Surf + Strand Unit A and Surf + Strand Unit B. Smaller parties are encouraged to rent separately one of the smaller units, while larger parties should rent the entire property.

o Entrance for Unit A (downstairs) is through the side/back door on the driveway side.

o Entrance for Unit B is located through the main entry, the stairs inside the door.

· This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at and actively monitoring the entry door.

· Children’s dinnerware provided.

· Long-term stays allowed.

· This home allows up to two dogs. There is a per fee of $39 per pet, per stay.
